Our client is a premium European manufacturer of architectural coatings, renders and facade systems. It's specification-led product that sits at the top end of the market.
The Role
This is a senior specification seat, based in Brisbane. You'll get in early with architects and designers, win the specification, then hold it through the builder and the applicator all the way to the wall. Customers are A&D, builders, applicators and commercial clients. Applicators matter here. If they don't rate the system, the spec rarely makes it to site. You'll run your own patch and your own week, reporting to the National Sales Manager.
Who We're Looking For
Specification or technical sales experience in architectural coatings, render, facades, cladding or similar external building products.
Comfortable in front of architects and just as comfortable with builders and applicators.
Senior enough to run a territory without hand holding.
The key is knowing how a facade spec gets won, and how it survives to the wall. Whether you have sold into that world or worked in it.
Package
$120,000 to $140,000 base + super. Car allowance or fully maintained company vehicle. Commission on top.
