Calculated on base + super + car allowance. Many agencies calculate on total package including commission and bonuses, which produces a larger fee from the same percentage. Check what your recruiter's percentage is applied to.
I've heard of terms anywhere from 10% to 25%, and most agencies won't publish where they sit. Punch in both ends and see what the cheapest and the most expensive would actually cost you.
