Pro tip
The key to all of these is feeding in your actual notes, not just the company name. 'Draft a follow-up to John at ABC Builders' gives you something generic. 'Draft a follow-up to John at ABC Builders. We discussed their new apartment project in Footscray, they're currently using [competitor] for insulation but had concerns about lead times' gives you something John will actually read.
Steer the output. If the first draft sounds too formal, tell it. If it's too long, say 'cut it in half.' Two or three rounds of steering turns a decent draft into something ready to send.
