For hiring managers

Hiring a building products sales person who actually delivers

Specialist sales recruiter for building products companies across Australia. BDMs, Specification Managers and Sales Managers nationally. Over eight years in this niche, not a generalist. The people I shortlist are people I'd hire.

My fees are published

Most recruiters won't put their fees in writing until you're deep in the conversation, and the rate you're quoted often depends on how hard you'll negotiate. Mine are flat and public: 13% retained, 15% exclusive contingent, 17% non-exclusive. Same rate at every seniority level, calculated on base plus super plus car allowance only.

Why work with me

Niche, not broad

Eight years in building products sales recruitment. I know the difference between a spec-led BDM and a wholesale rep without you drawing a diagram. Saves us a lot of briefing time.

Five sectors, deeply

Building envelope, interiors, civil and infrastructure, lighting, and architectural and design. Each one has its own product taxonomy and its own talent pool. I know whose bench is light in WA and who's hiring quietly in Brisbane.

Built like a boutique, runs like a system

Three-person team at Specified Select. Modern tooling, AI doing the boring parts. My time goes on the brief, the search, and the call that matters. The rest is automated so it doesn't eat the day.
