Why work with me

Specialist, not generalist

Eight years in building products sales recruitment. BDMs, Specification Managers, State Sales Managers, Nationals: I've placed all of them. I know what your next step actually looks like. I'll tell you straight if your current title doesn't match what you think it does.

Free coaching when we place you

Thirty-minute LinkedIn and AI session for every placed candidate. Real session, not a sales pitch. We rebuild your profile, set up your AI tooling, get you visible to the right hiring managers.

Relationship over volume

I'd rather have one good conversation with you than fire thirty messages into LinkedIn. Move-only-when-it's-right is the whole model. If now isn't the time, we still talk.

Even if it's not now, let's talk.

Thinking about your next move in building products sales? Even if it's not now, even if you're not sure, worth a chat. I keep notes. I don't spam blast. The next BDM, Specification Manager, or State Sales Manager role I work on might be the one for you.

Common questions about building products sales jobs

Where are building products sales jobs actually advertised?

Roles in building products, lighting and A&D get filled without ever being advertised. It happens from a shortlist a recruiter already had, or from a conversation that started long before the role existed. A job board will never show you one of those roles, because there is nothing on it to see. I work the building products industry across Australia full time, so I hear about roles in building envelope, interiors, civil and infrastructure, and lighting before they are advertised. If you only watch the job boards, you only see a fraction of what is actually moving.

What sales roles do you recruit in building products?

The full sales line, from field to leadership. Business Development Managers, Specification Managers, Account Managers, Territory Managers, and State and National Sales Managers. I focus on Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane, across building envelope, interiors, civil and infrastructure, and lighting. If you sell a building product into the trade, the channel, or the specifier, it is the area I work.

Do I need to be actively looking to talk to you?

No. Most of the best moves start as a quiet conversation, not an application. If you are open to the right role but not chasing one, that is exactly when it is worth talking. I keep these conversations confidential and there is no pressure to move. When something genuinely fits, you will be the first to know.
